Refund & Return Policy


House of Reneau will ensure all items are inspected before shipping; therefore, damaged or incorrect merchandise will not be shipped to any paying customers. Handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature. House of Reneau will notate handmade items within the product description.
 
How do I make a return?
To make a return submit your return request to shop@houseofreneau.com. Please use "Customer Service" in the subject line to ensure your request(s) are handled appropriately.
 
How many days do I have to make a return?
10 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
 
What are the requirements to receive a store credit/exchange?
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in suitable condition. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or exchange.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains and smoke.

Which items are not suitable for return?
All sale items are final sale-Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Non-returnable merchandise includes but is not limited to sale products, swimsuits, bodysuits, shoes, and accessories. All items MUST be returned in the original protective packaging. Damaged Returns will NOT be accepted.
 
Can I get my money back?
For all returns, we will issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
 
How soon will I receive the store credit?
Upon receipt of your package, assuming all requirements above have been met, a store credit will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
 
Are there any return fees applied?
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the purchased order back to the House of Reneau.
The shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
**Please include your original packaging slip, so we know who you are. Suppose you have misplaced your packing slip, no worries. You may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or other item or receive merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size, you are requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card sent via email.
